Transnational Project Meetings

A Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) refers to a face-to-face meeting involving all project partners, aiming to ensuring the smooth implementation and coordination of the project.

There are five TPMs planned throughout the project, these meetings serve to discuss progress on specific tasks and deliverables, evaluate work completed, plan future activities and align partners on project goals and implementation strategies.
